Our commitment: Our program, the reason why and our objectives

Programa Educa

In the last decades, the family has lost its role as main education agent and now shares this weight with the school. New working conditions often prevent parents from having enough time for their children. This should not be replaced, in our opinion, only with play-oriented activities, but also with pedagogic ones.

In face of this situation, the "Programa EDUCA ®" appears to fill in the gap of "good education" to complement the work done by other education agents.

For adolescents to turn into kind adults, they need to feel they are in a caring environment. This is why our program fosters the dynamic and participative methodology, in which instructors will be willing to solve any doubts the students have regarding the subject at hand.

In our Program we are aware of the fact that when a student acts willingly, he/she learns twice as fast with half the effort. In the EDUCAinfant and junior Program, our students learn through play.

Education modulates outlines and sculpts us the way we are.

General objectives:

Collaborate in the education of students regarding GOOD EDUCATION to complement the work carried out by other education agents, giving space to EDUCATION QUALITY, designing a plan of action based on good values and developing the child's own judgement concerning good and proper behaviour.

Specific objectives:

Get the children to understand that good manners are not boring and bad manners are not fun.
Get the children to understand, through the teacher and the diverse materials, the importance of a good education.
Encourage the children to learn about good behaviour in other cultures and contexts in which they can design their own judgement of a multicultural approach, integration and diversity.
Motivate children to care for the environment, for street furniture, not only because rules must be obeyed, but also to preserve and consider their surroundings and natural resources as a heritage, their own and that of others.
Guide the child in the process of establishing positive interpersonal relations that spring from their respect for others, empathy, solidarity, good values, non-discrimination on account of gender, ethnicity, social status, beliefs, dress, etc.
Make the child aware of the fact that he/she belongs in society in order to start establishing the concept of democracy, respect for others, learning to make others feel good for others to answer in the same line.
Check whether the child is applying what he/she learned with the program. Apply the suggested techniques or those the teacher thinks convenient to achieve change.
Get the family involved in the child's achievement of good education objectives.
